Ley de trabajos huérfanos del 2008

(esto es real y muy importante, por favor leanlo y hagan correr la voz)

Ok, esto es lo que sucede. El arte está automáticamente protegido en el momento mismo en que es creado, esa es la ley vigente. Esto significa que nadie puede adueñarse de tu arte, copiarlo, imprimirlo, distribuirlo o hacer nada con el sin tu permiso, el permiso del artista-creador. Vos sos el creador, sos el dueño. Lo que quieren hacer ahora (en los Estados Unidos por ahora pero todos sabemos cuán contagiosas pueden ser estas felices ideas) si se aprueba esta ley, es que una vez que uno crea algo, esta obra no tendrá portección alguna, a menos que uno la registre por medio del pago de derechos. Y eso no es todo... TODO lo que uno ha creado en el pasado, todo necesita se ahora registrado o significa que no tiene dueño (huérfano) y cualquiera puede hacer lo que quiera con ello...aha...qué tal?! Y por supuesto todo el copyright es hecho por el artista...pagado por el artista... Entonces ahora tenemos que pagar y registrar todo lo que creamos, además de pagar para registrar todo lo que alguna vez hemos creado si queremos asegurarnos de que nadie lo use o lo robe... Esto no está bien, o sí? Así que movámonos... hagamos algo!

Y por favor, hacé correr la voz. Es responsabilidad de cada uno de nosotros el hacer algo. Por qué no hacer un pequeño esfuerzo y postearlo en nuestros respectivos blogs o bien podría ser dejar un comentario al respecto en 5 blogs amigos. De esta forma este tema se difundira rápido!!!

Ok, this is what happens. Art is automatically protected as soon as it is created, that is the actual law. What this means is that nobody can take your art, copy, print it, distribute it or do anything without your permission, the artist-creator's permision. You are the creator, you own it.What they want to do now if they approve this law, is that once you create something, it will NOT BE PROTECTED AT ALL unless you copyright it for a fee. And that's not all... EVERYTHING you have ever created in the past, everything needs to be now copyrighted or it means it has no owner (orphan) and anyone can do whatever they want with it...... aha... how about that?!And of course all that copyright is done by the artist.. paid by the artist.. So now we have to pay and copyright everything we create, plus pay to copyright everything we have ever created if we want to make sure nobody takes it or steals it.... This is not good, is it?So move.. do something!

And please, please spread the word. It's up to everyone of us to do something. Why don't each of you make a little effort and post about it on your blog as well and maybe leave a comment about it to 5 friends on their blogs. This way this will spread faaaasssssttt!
