Day 5 of 21

I know that today I'm not going to have extra time, so I decided to unify exercises.
This is one of the exercises I have to present this Friday in the Illustration class I'm attending.
Although it wasn't made exclusively for the 21 days project, it is very related to it, cause it is about trying to find new shapes , with a media I don't use very often, just white and black pencils, with a third one ( light blue in this case) for details only. This chromatic limitation, and the need to play with degrees of tone to delimit different areas whithouth using line, was a bit uncomfotable to me in the beginning, but doing so many exercises I ended up discovering new possibilities and really enoying this technique.

mayy c. you make wonderful art! the paper is Fabriano, I'm not quite sure about the weight but I think around 180 grs. As several days have passed, I will answer this question in your own blog, sorry for the delay :)

Cata, verdad que sería lindo? Un besote transoceánico!

Jeje Zi! Cómo sería vivir en una casa así? Habría que clavar los muebles al piso! Ni te cuento abrir una canilla ^.^

Thanks Diana! Red makes great part of the work here. It makes everything easier :)

Thanks Sheree! I was not very used to limited color palettes and now I'm becoming a fan of them!

Hola Vero!

Thank you Mónica! I'm really enthusiastic about this class, it's hard work I wont deny, but I love when teachers know exactly where they want to guide you and how.
